
According to NewSantaAna, On June 27, a pair was reported roaming hospitals on Alton Parkway, leading to multiple victims discovering their wallets had been stolen, according to the Irvine Police Department.
Subsequent investigation revealed that fraudulent charges had been made on the victims’ bank accounts, including transactions at the Target located on Jamboree Road.
The suspects are described as follows: The male suspect, an African American with long dreadlocks, was seen wearing black shorts and a black shirt. The female suspect, also African American, was dressed in gray sweatpants, a gray shirt, a light black jacket, and a gray baseball cap.
