Each state manages its own payday schedule and application process through local SNAP offices. The current monthly payments do not yet reflect the 2025 COLA (Cost-of-Living Adjustment) increase, which will apply to the 48 contiguous states starting on October 1, 2024.

  • An individual can receive up to $291.

  • A household of three can receive up to $766.
  • For a household of eight, the maximum benefit is $1,751.
