New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez has taken legal action against Flawless Results LLC and its owners, accusing them of defrauding homeowners across the state. The lawsuit, filed in the Second Judicial District Court, alleges the company engaged in deceptive practices by taking payments for home renovations that were never completed.
The legal complaint names John Steven Georges Sr., Robert Dean “Bobby” Murphy Jr., and Jacob Chalmer Tryon as the individuals behind Flawless Results LLC. According to the Attorney General’s office, the company misled homeowners by arranging financing through Cross River Bank while failing to deliver the promised services. Many customers were left with unfinished projects and outstanding loan payments.
“Hardworking New Mexico families trusted this company with their homes and their money, only to be deceived,” said Attorney General Torrez. “This lawsuit is about holding them accountable and ensuring that impacted consumers get the justice they deserve.”

- Accepting large upfront payments but failing to complete home improvement work.
- Pressuring consumers into financing agreements that lacked required legal disclosures.
- Shutting down operations in late 2024, leaving homeowners with over $700,000 in losses.
To address these claims, the Attorney General’s office is asking the court to:
- Permanently prohibit the defendants from working in the home contracting industry in New Mexico.
- Void existing contracts and require full refunds for affected consumers.
- Hold Cross River Bank accountable for improper loan agreements.
- Impose civil penalties of up to $5,000 per violation.
