If you did not get Social Security today, here’s when you can get a payment of up to $4,873 without the 2025 COLA increase
According to Vibes.okdiario, Today, millions of retirees are receiving their payments from the Social Security Administration (SSA). However, not all recipients qualify for the same payday.
Payment Options for October
For instance, if you started receiving monthly payments before May 1997, you will get your Social Security check or direct deposit on October 3. Additionally, those who receive both Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and retirement benefits may also receive their payment on this date.
Upcoming Social Security Payments for Retirees
In October, there are three rounds of Wednesday payments remaining for retirees. However, you can only receive one of these payments if you are not eligible for the October 3 payment. This means you must have started receiving Social Security after April 30, 1997, and you should not be getting SSI payments.

- October 23 Payment: The final Social Security payment in October will be issued on October 23. To qualify for this payment, you must be born between the 21st and 31st of the month.
Important Note on November Payments
If you received the October 3 payment, you will not receive your next check or direct deposit on November 3. Instead, it will be sent ahead of schedule on November 1, according to the SSA.
