Fight Charges Against Albuquerque City Worker Dropped: What Happened?
Court documents indicate that charges have been dropped against an Albuquerque city employee accused of a violent beating.
In June, surveillance footage from the Frontier restaurant in southeast Albuquerque showed a brawl involving multiple patrons. During the altercation, police reported that one individual was placed in a chokehold and kicked in the head after losing consciousness. City employee Alfred Flores was identified as one of the participants in the fight.
However, recent court records reveal that the District Attorney’s Office has decided to drop the charges against Flores, citing the need for further investigation. The charges can be refiled in the future if warranted.
