Orallo is described as 5’4″ tall, weighing 180 pounds, with black hair and black eyes. He was last seen around noon in Santa Clara, CA, wearing a black short-sleeved shirt, black pants, and black shoes.
Authorities are concerned for Orallo’s safety, as he may be at risk due to his age and the circumstances surrounding his disappearance. The Santa Clara Police Department urges anyone with information about Orallo’s location to call 911 immediately.
