With the deadline approaching on November 18, consumers are encouraged to complete an online form to access the compensation.

Eligibility for Claims

Allegations Against Cash App

The class action lawsuit alleged that Cash App and its parent company, Block (formerly known as Square), failed to take adequate measures to prevent unauthorized access and protect users’ data. Plaintiffs claimed that the company mishandled customer complaints regarding security breaches and fraudulent transactions.

Despite denying any wrongdoing, the company opted to settle to avoid further litigation costs.

Affected users can seek reimbursement for losses related to identity theft, credit monitoring, and associated fees. Additionally, users can claim compensation for lost time related to the incident, valued at up to $65. Claims can also be filed for any losses incurred due to unauthorized access to accounts.

Class members must submit a valid claim form by November 28 to receive Tubi settlement benefits.

Additionally, Clif Bar is facing a class action lawsuit over allegations that it misled consumers into believing its products were healthy. The lawsuit claims that marketing the protein bars as “nutrition for sustained energy” distracts from the significant sugar content, with nearly 40% of the calorie content coming from added sugars. Anyone who purchased an Original Clif Bar or Clif Kid ZBar in California or New York between April 2014 and March 2023 may be eligible for compensation.
