Albuquerque man found guilty of raping a child
A young girl was revealed to have been raped by a man from Albuquerque.
When the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office answered the call in May 2023, they discovered that the 10-year-old had informed her mother that the man had touched her in an inappropriate manner.
A jury last week found the man—now known as Danny Garcia—guilty of illegal sexual penetration of a minor. He might spend up to eighteen years in prison.
The date of his sentencing is not yet indicated in court documents.
