Alamogordo Police Charge Man with Murder in Mobile Home Park Shooting
Alamogordo Police have arrested a man in connection with the shooting death of another man at a mobile home park on Saturday.
Officers responded to reports of gunshots at Desert View Mobile Home Park, located at 904 S. Florida Ave., around 6:04 p.m. Upon arriving at the scene, they discovered a 46-year-old man who had been shot. Despite efforts to provide aid, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The suspect, 29-year-old Ty Huntington, was arrested and charged with an open count of murder and theft of evidence. Huntington has been processed and booked into the Otero County Detention Center, where he is currently awaiting his court appearance.
